Prior to founding Kira Systems, Noah Waisberg practiced at the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York, where he focused on private equity, M&A, and securities. During his time practicing law, Noah took note of all the time junior lawyers spent on due diligence and saw an opportunity to streamline the process.

Partnering with Dr. Alexander Hudek, who worked in the areas of proof systems and database query compilation, the duo spent three years building and fine-tuning Kira’s custom machine learning algorithms so that the software could consistently create models that achieved accuracy standards by 2014. In 2015, Kira was trusted with over $100 billion in transactions.

Today, Kira Systems is built by a team of engineers, scientists, lawyers, developers and more, with the mission to enlighten the world’s enterprises by enabling them to truly know what’s in their contracts and documents. The company has a global presence with law firms, professional service firms, Fortune 100 corporations, and financial services.
